	Chief Operating Officer/Chief Financial Officer
	Sanjay is responsible for the financial and operating infrastructure of the FD Group. He joined FD in 2004 from London-based corporate finance house, Hawkpoint, where he was Chief Financial Officer. Before joining Hawkpoint, Sanjay held various senior operational and financial roles in the venture capital sector and, between 1991 and 2000, worked for Barclays Global Investors – one of the largest global asset managers – where he was Finance Director and latterly Chief of Staff for the European business. Sanjay was previously an audit manager at Price Waterhouse London.
